Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at SIVELLA. We pride ourselves on providing quality products and excellent customer service. As many of our products are artisan designed and hand-crafted, natural variations and irregularities in color and size may occur. We do our best to describe each piece as accurately as possible to reflect any imperfections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned for a store credit or refund within 15 days of the date of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have a Return Authorization number (RA) from us

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

To request a return, please click here or contact us at orders@sivella.com and we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Send the product with its original packing and the RA number to:

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the item including taxes.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customers are responsible for any loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to SIVELLA.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 7-days of receiving your order at orders@sivella.com. Please provide photographs of any damage to the product. In the case of damaged goods, we are happy to offer customers a replacement item if available, or a refund in the original form of payment for the cost of the item including shipping costs.
